        Frank Osborne at Park Fecing LTD took a large deposit to install estate fencing. He promised installation dates but they kept moving. After weeks and weeks of emails, text messages and phone calls, we requested a refund. We had to take a small claims on the company to recover our deposit. We eventually had a reply in the form of an unpleasant email.
