Linnworks was okay until today they have raised their prices. Our old pricing was 2,300. Now for the same service they want 10,800. absolute joke - the work of an inexperienced "new" CEO - get rid of him and before he gets rid of the customers who have built your business Linnworks - or change your name to LinnDoesn'tWorkForMe

My review echoes recent negative thoughts about this company and will likely be similar to future reviews. We joined Linnworks in 2015, and at the time, we felt the desktop version was good software for what we needed, and the pricing was competitive at that time too. That is until we were recently advised of a 300% increase with a short timeframe to move over from a user-based plan to an order-based one! FBA primarily handles the vast majority of our orders. We were only using Linnworks to process our seller-fulfilled orders, but Linnworks still based their vast price increase on both our FBA & Seller-Fulfilled orders, which is unjustified. In any case, most businesses can accept nominal price increases from time to time, but to inflict such a huge increase which a short notice period to decide is entirely unacceptable. So even though this has caused us a degree of disruption and inconvenience, we have moved to Selro. Extremely competitive, very user-friendly, and has all the same features we used on Linnworks but for a fraction of the price.

Been with these guys for 7 years but they have just increased their pricing year on year and we have now been priced out of being customers. Shame as it's a pain to move your inventory but we just can't afford it anymore.
