The surgery has changed its contact for appointments, I asked about two problems on one request, 'sorry we can't do that'. So submitted the problems separately, I got an acknowledgment code for the first, but not for the second; who knows if it will be actioned. Another faultless system!

My friend had to drive down to the surgery to arrange a housecall for a man unable to get to the surgery because I could not get through on the phone. She returned to say yes the duty doctor will come in the afternoon, i was relieved. The doctor never turned up, this is awful service, unreliable. I am not from this area was actually caring for a very sick man and just want to make it known to others using this service ...... think again before calling this surgery, its far better in my local surgery. If you make an appointment it is polite to keep it guys! Shame on you

Trying to request advise on medication that had been given as experiencing bad side effects that are possibly related. No answer to phone all morning as put on the continual dreaded circle of music with receptionists still busy . E-consult suggests I ring 111 urgently but need doctors advise really as they administered it. A&E are struggling to cope and it is not something A&E should have to deal with as I assume this is a GP situation . How do I know if my symptoms are bad enough for hospital - Im not a doctor.
