We met Kim Connor by chance and it turned out he was a Mac expert as well as Dell. In a week he up-graded both our machines...nothing was too much trouble. He was so professional and charming with it and it was a pleasure to work with him. He explained everything we had installed and we are 100% happy with the end result. Highly recommend him. Kim was so helpful. Unfortunately, the problem was a dud hard drive but Kim was able to source replacement same day and helped load up much needed Microsoft 365. Kim also helped me with my own Mac problems. Highly recommend.

Lovely & easy service. I popped in a few days ago to get my PC in for a repair, upgrade and cleaning. Prior to coming my PC was in pretty bad shape to say the least but now everythings beyond perfect. The communication was top class and very informative, Kim told me quite a few things I didnt know about my internals. I would without a doubt return here if I ever need a repair, upgrade or anything I.T related :-)

my pc is my lifeline as i am a nurse works in community went Kim futuretech was sorted up and running within 2 hours ordering it excellent company friendly and fast service highly recommended
