Flude Property Consultants (Chichester Office)

DO NOT USE!!!! This is the second review I am doing of Flude as after the first negative review, Flude asked me to remove it if we can come to an arrangement. However after removing the negative review Flude are now saying they have no recollection of the arrangement. First of all we were shown round the property at Flude and explained that the Wi-Fi and leased line belong to us only. After moving in, we found out that the whole building was pigging backing off the line, and turns out Flude did know about this. Secondly Flude gave us 1 key to the main door but no keys to get into our second door which was permanently open. No explanation or apology as to why no one had any keys for our property but we had to get the locks changed at our cost. Thirdly, Flude told us the toilets on our floor was for our use only, when we moved in the two floors above had been using them, again Flude new about this. This caused more disagreement with the other tenants and Landlord, all of which we agreed was poorly managed by Flude and could of been resolved in the first place had Flude been open and honest and new what they were doing. We then experienced an extremely rude property manager. Flude did not take this seriously until I left a negative google review. I was asked to remove the review which I agreed as long as Flude agreed to change the payment dates. Since a new accounts manager has taken over Flude are now saying they have no recollection of this conversation. This company will say and do whatever to sweep things under the carpet when it suits them. Avoid them at all costs.
