Well let me tell you a short story... They asked 1600+ for new catalytic converter when engine management light came on. A car less than 10 years, done just over 55T miles that travels around motorways needs a new catalytic converter. Okay, possible but I have my doubts. When I asked for evidence of emissions test, they can't provide it. They said visual check showed physical damage to the catalytic converter. Huh? I doubted it immediately but again have to listen to what they say. Young lady at reception said that it can happen with stones. Amazing. So a manifold catalytic converter with a heat shield damaged by an armour-piercing stone caused the engine mgt light to come on. So I of course had to ask questions and even explained to her that catalytic converters have two sensors and how it works. So I asked for evidence of the diagnostic test and emissions test which I paid 144 for, she couldn't answer nor provide them, and became rude and walked away. I asked for a name or email address to complain but she turned her back and didn't respond. So a nice young chap kindly gave me his card. But you know what? Instead of complaining, I thought it's best to warn the public by sharing my experience. The cost of living is sky rocketing and the last thing you need is to be treated like an ignorant and be robbed of your hard-earned cash serving the public. If they'd done an emissions test, they would have seen that it passed with flying colours. That would have alerted them that the fault must be the second sensor. Then, if they tested it, it would have shown that the second sensor wasn't switching and was actually faulty. That's exactly what the other garage did when I took it for second opinion after sensing that Frosts was trying to rip me off. Problem solved quickly, costing me just 200. Let's just say the catalytic converter really needs changing. They said the catalytic converter alone costs 700 (non-genuine). When I checked myself, a non-genuine but really good reliable brand from a well-known and reputable car parts supplier, it was just over 200. Wow, big difference isn't it? Now how would you feel if they did that to you? Or your elderly parents? Or your children? Be careful.

I'd suggest Frosts Chichester to a friend because great service not pushy Tom who was the sales rep made it very relaxed and always on hand to offer help when needed

Terrible dealership. Bought a new Vauxhall from them and had another car serviced with them regularly. They missed dangerous state of my brakes causing extreme damage and added cost. Totally unprofessional service department that has no interest in the cars it works on and it shows in the poor quality of their work. Just returned a dirty car to me after stating it was cleaned. They are a joke.

There were no pressurised sales of any kind, they were helpful, honest, accomodating and reliable. In fact they bent over backwards to be of service. Dealt mainly with Dino Riccio, who kept in regular touch with updates on the order. Unfortunately, like a lot of people, I've had a few cars over the years from not such "good" places, but these people are the real deal. I wouldn't bother to write a review unless they were very bad or very good. I highly recommend them & send a huge thanks to Dino & the team. You were the total opposite of a disappointment! Thanks so much - you are a credit to your industry & a valued customer. Absolutely no regrets. Thank you - Amazing peeps!!! 1000+'s from me!You've set your own bar for high standards in your profession!!
