Absolutely appalling behaviour showroom. Was good Purchased a vehicle on 10 March 15 minutes after leaving the showroom warning light comes on said they were providers a courtesy car picked our car up and left their car and did not post keys showed us a glossy service book all up-to-date one owner that was posted by guy on his way home which has never turned up at our address. We have no breakdown documents which was supposed to be forwarded we have been told can't do nothing until Tuesday my wife is supposed to be travelling to Birmingham looks like We are going to have to take insurance out elsewhere as for their customer service absolutely disgusting that showroom is not been managed correctly.

Hendy Ford Chichester is a find , I have never been to a car dealers and been treated better , everything they did for me was perfect , I would definitely go back when I need a new car . I really cant say enough goods things about my experience of buying my new car . Do not change anything

Hi Natasha and the team at Hendy Chichester! Having left a review about a couple of minor challenges on my first visit and leaving a low review, weve now updated it to reflect their response as they took the time to investigate and call me back. They listened, came up with a solution and did everything possible to retain us, so much so, we brought our car back a second time and was wowwwwed by their customer service from start to finish; we will be coming back regularly now for our servicing here and it also prompted us to consider replacing our Ford with them - a very happy customer here!.
