Whilst cleaning my road bike I noticed the frame had developed a crack in the area below the seatpost. I had owned the bike a good number of years and wasn't very hopeful of getting anything done under warranty. I spoke with Adam and explained the situation, I can honestly say the guy went out of his way to help out, despite Hargroves being pretty busy at the time. Can't thank them enough as I ended up with a brand new replacement. It's not often you find this kind of service these days, thank you Hargroves and particularly you Adam .

Excellent service when I went in today by Karl and Jordan, I was having some trouble with my rear cassette. They clearly knew exactly what they were doing and had the problem sorted in a Jiffy. Really happy with the service and great value as well. Thank you!

Great customer service from really knowledgeable staff. Karl gave my son and me plenty of time to consider the options available for a hardtail mountain bike, talking us through the pros and cons of the various brands and models. We eventually settled on a Scott Scale 925 with a 15% discount and that they actually had in stock in the store! Karl had it built and ready for us in a matter of hours and even set it up with tubeless tyres, just charging for the valves and sealant, no labour costs. Cant recommend Hargroves and Karl highly enough. They go the extra mile and are generous with their expert knowledge.
