        no attitude no one paid attention to me my next step with this bank is to close the account. I have been a customer for 10 years the woman with the glasses just turned around and didn't even think of apologizing

        1 member of staff at lunchtime and no counter staff, only machines. Even when I did eventually get to a machine, it was out of order! So just walked out.
