Very pleased with the service I received from Ben Rowlatt and his colleagues at Aston Martin Chichester. From the initial test drive through to the purchase and handover nothing was too much trouble for them and Ben has made sure that everything has gone smoothly at every step of the way. Any questions I had about the car were answered promptly and Ben went out of his way to ensure that I was happy with the replies and to keep me informed of progress during the whole sales process. Since handover, Ben has been in contact to ensure that I am happy with the car and to check if I have any queries with the operation of the Car. I am pleased to report that I am absolutely delighted with the car and no queries have arisen, thanks in no small part to Bens thorough handover of the car. What a superb customer experience provided by Richard, prior to, during and after our purchase. We are absolutly thrilled with our new car and it was a lovely touch to receive an additional gift when collecting our car. We received a follow up 'thank you' video from Richard later that day and a call the following day just to check that all was well. Many thanks Richard and Ben!
