Trevor was able to interpret our ideas and put them together to produce the building just as we wanted. There were several site constraints, which Trevor worked with - yet he was able to maximise the buildings potential. The planning process went smoothly, and we feel this was not only down to Trevor's creative design, but also all the supporting documents he prepared. We wouldnt hesitate to recommend or commission Pullen Architecture if we ever had the chance to do a similar project.

We wanted to replace our 30 year old conservatory with a more sympathetic extension to the house. Initial Google search provided a few local architects. Pullen Architects were quick to respond, appeared keen and were willing to provide a full planning service, ie from initial design to full planning approval. We commissioned Trevor and his team, they worked with us on the design and we finally achieved planning approval. Very happy with the service, price and critically the design. Would I use them again......yes, of course.

We have instructed Pullen Architecture on two separate occasions and can thoroughly recommend their services. They understood not only our brief but also the complex planning issues, which saved a lot of time and money. We particularly liked Trevors guidance through the design process and his innovative ideas that we hadnt thought of. On both occasions we ended up with different drawings to those we had in our minds to begin with. We also liked the post planning service which included dealing with the builders, which we can highly recommend if you havent got the experience of building houses or extensions, as we found it very daunting. We commissioned Trevor of Pullen Architecture for options to replace an old leaky conservatory with a modern, bright garden room which we could use all year round and would provide a sociable space as well as a place to relax. As part of the process, we also replaced an old cloakroom with a beautiful and much needed shower room. Trevor excelled at the brief bringing in little touches to delight that made the end result special. He was also happy to chat to the builders and provide solutions when the odd snag arose, ensuring the integrity of the design was maintained. We love the outcome and would happily recommend Trevor and his team at Pullen Architecture.
