What a lovely guy, I called up for advice on a few issues I have with setting up my tv and my dads and he talked me through it over the phone. I offered to send him something for his time but he said it was ok. You dont get nothing for nothing these days, but he obliged. I will definitely use him in the future. Carol

I have a multi room audio visual setup which suddenly lost signal. On inspection it looked like a failed modulator. I contacted Elliot who was unable to supply one but advised where best to look. After purchasing and fitting a new modulator my system still didn't light up. So another call to Elliot, this time conceding defeat and asking if one of his team could visit to help me out. He responded quickly, arranged for an engineer to call the next day and offered for him to phone when 30 minutes away. A pleasant chap came and after checking some obvious connections he ventured into the loft and identified a problem with the Loftbox which I wouldn't have found in a month of Sundays. All now fixed and operating normally again thanks to Elliot and his helpful team.
