Cala Homes sales team at Shopwyke are lovely people, easy to deal with and keep you in touch at each stage. Haven't moved in to the house yet but I am hoping that experience is replicated

The construction of the all house is really poor quality. You hear noises everywhere, from the pipes, from the top floors just when you are walking on it and all the finishings are just done at a really bad standard. It is like they have no pride at all on what they are doing. We had toilets leaking, floor poorly installed, kitchen work tops swollen, kitchen cabinets all dented, the sealant done on top of dirt, windows with rafts and a garden that is soaking wet with the grass dying due to poor drainage and a lot more. We live here now for 7 months and most of the issues we reported since we first arrived are still to resolve. Not to talk about the driveway that we were promised with 2 parking spaces that is not suitable for 2 cars at all. I wouldnt recommend Cala homes if your are thinking in buying a house with them. Not a reliable and not professional company. Service: Home building
