Great church on the outskirts of Priddy and next to the local school Still open to look inside even with Covid 19 (you never find this in a big town or city which are usually locked unless there are staff or volunteers there or a service going on!!) A sign in book to record your visit Benches in the churchyard and a very nice atmosphere

This is a Grade I* listed building dating back to the 13th century. The peel of 5 bells carries for miles across the Mendip Hills. There are several ancient artifacts inside the wonderful interior which is well worth taking the time to appreciate. Totally peaceful as it sits above the village of Priddy next to a small school and the nearby village hall. The church is usually unlocked although the main door rubs on the floor and needs a good shove.
