        I recently booked a massage for my wife as a gift, cost was paid upon booking. The morning of the appointment I was ill with a sickness bug, so we cancelled the appointment because we were worried that I might have passed the bug to my wife, then potentially to staff. I understood that there was a cancellation fee and that was fine. I expected that I would be re-embersed the massage cost and accept my loss with the cancellation fee like most companies do. But I have now been charged the full amount for a treatment, plus a cancellation fee for a total of nearly 60 with nothing to show for being cautious not to possibly make the staff ill, which is disappointing. I'm sure the staff and treatments they provide are great but the customer support and refund policy is ridiculous and I will not be recommending this spa.
