Had Simon and Dan working in our property for just under a week insulating our loft and cavity walls through a government grant. They guys were friendly, punctual and really professional. They have worked really hard to leave our house as they found it and I cannot recommend them and their work enough!

The house is mine and these people did not get permission from me to do the job first of all. Secondly after they have finished they left me and my neighbours full of rubbish and dirt which we have lots of pictures to prove it....I then sent a complaint e-mail and called many times but nobody ever picks up the phone. I called again today and finally someone picked up and she passed me the manager Donna. The manager told me she spoke to my husband who said i am a very hormonal woman not to take in consideration............hahaha I have been a successful property developer for the past 25 years and no proper builder leaves such dirt and mess behind i wonder if these people are actually registered and so on... Donna needs a lesson on how to speak to people on how to manage people, on how to manage her business and builders because clearly she has no skills whatsoever. I will now look for legal advice against this company. I give them minus stars but i was forced to give one because of this review DO NOT ALLOW THEM TO WORK ON YOUR HOUSE EVER
