Newport Pet Services

Fantastic. I used Newport Pet Services recently to look after my two dogs for a week. Sara came round to discuss the dogs routine, feeding and exercise requirements. Originally booked for the end of May, I had to make a short notice date change which was no problem for Sara and her team to change. Every walk, I had an email informing me of the duration, route and the number of times they did their business, brilliant. It's always a bit of a worry leaving pets with others but with Newport Pet Services I didn't need to stress about anything, it all went brilliantly and I would have no hesitation in recommending and using Newport Pet Services in the future. Sara really helped us out looking after two dogs when an elderly relative had to go into hospital unexpectedly. She and her team liaised with the family and neighbours and gave us daily updates including pictures of the dogs. The team really cared for the dogs and adapted to their needs. I would thoroughly recommend Newport Pet Services.

I have used Newport Pet Services to look after my cats twice whilst we have been away. Both times they have been excellent, I do not have a single negative to say. I will gladly use them again in the future, they cant do enough to help and make sure your pets are happy, and the prices are very reasonable.

I used Newport Pet Services for the first time as we were away for two weeks and needed care for our cat Maggie. In the past we have used a cattery but Maggie would be miserable cooped up for that long so went for daily visits from NPS instead. She was so much happier than a cattery and we got daily pictures which meant we could relax. She got to stay in her own surroundings and it was great knowing we had a professional going in. Would certainly reccomend.
