Do not work here if you are going in the Admin office. They take you on saying its not a problem to show you their systems, then they don't have time to train you so your left just doing covid tests on visitors and registering covid tests for residents and staff! Other than that you will be left sitting alone in the office with no instructions as to what they would like you to do. Then before you know it your getting told your no longer needed and lies are being told saying they are letting you go due to you been frequently late when you were never late and you have been leaving unfinished work at the end of the day when you weren't given any in the first place to finish. Joke of a place! And horrible

The staff at Woodcote are super. They are kind, professional and caring. The grounds are amazing, the llamas are a different welcome and residents often watch the ducks waddling past the windows. They take great care of their residents.

Not enough supervision in dining area. Some residents could have been encouraged more to eat. Some residents didn't get any desserts and tables were cleared away before everyone had their meal. Medication was left on table and not noted if medication had even been put in residents mouth let alone swallowed. Concerns about assistance in helping residents to dress appropriately.

Wont care for clients while they are in hopsital and bring clean clothes for them!! Disgusting
