Ive recently bought a car from MandM Lyons for 3500 I had a couple of small issues but it was no problem at all for Mikey to come and collect it and offer me a courtesy car. The problems were taken care of quickly and Im extremely happy with the service. Non of the sales talk , Mikey is a very well mannered young guy and I wont hesitate to call him when my partners car needs replacing. Id recommend him anytime .

A dreadful experience. We bought a Vauxhall Insignia auto on part ex which turned out to be a dud with an irreparable gearbox. There's no way they wouldn't have known this yet they failed to tell us even though we'd asked about how the car ran. It didn't show when we test drove it as it was only a short run but the issues began when we arrived home. We had it checked out by an expert who told us that the gearbox needed replacing. We asked for our old car back but were told they didn't have it anymore. We learned several days later that this wasn't true as we found he was selling the car on motors.co.uk (but not on his own website). We have contacted him however he is ignoring us, which speaks volumes. Whilst he gave us our money back we're now down a car and as I've been working away my wife and our autistic daughter are house bound and she's finding it very difficult to travel to look at and buy a replacement car. I wish we'd never seen the car advertised so we could have avoided this nightmare they put us through.

Nice big house in lovely grounds ran by father and son , dealt with mikey the son on the phone polite and straight forward, however when viewing the car mikey was not about dealt with his dad he recommended a test drive route however the surrounding lanes are in a terrible condition and not suitable for test drives , I did purchase a car with part exchange but after trying to haggle got no discount whatsoever , got no receipt was actually charged a fiver extra as he rounded the amount up left feeling unhappy with the whole deal, was told not to tax the car until the End of the month as you would lose a month sounds fair enough but again looking back its not the way to do it you can easily update ownerships on line but he took the whole v5 of me which ended Me loosing 3 months tax refund on my old car because they did the same thing when they sold my old car. I don't normally write reviews but the whole process has left me with a bitter taste I would not recommend these dealer's
