Absolutely love some of their in house bases. I just hope they're able to produce the documents ie SDS and IFRA cert which I understand is a challenge for them currently.

Did take a while to come however it was well worth the wait amazing packaging and labeled items they even included a free item, thank you note and some chocolate.

Terrible service...I ordered Kit 1, 2 and first natural kit and two different solvents. Among all the ingredients, I received an empty bottle of linalool that smelled really strongly of something, telling me it was not a new bottle whatsoever. They did offer me a refund of 6 pounds and a credit of around 30 pounds on my next order, but the following exchanges were so rude that of course there won't be any more order from me. Also, as I told Ben many times, I am from canada and this doesnt even cover the cost of duties so althouth it's appreciated, I still have to spend a a lot to benefit of this credit. They advertise that the kits are 10ml of each ingredient (double checked on their website), but they are not. Some bottles are a quarter less full than others... I asked why and didnt receive a response for weeks. After 3 attempts, I finally got a response of an annoyed ''Ben'' who told me it was obvious that the bottles would not be filled the same as it was weighted by density. I was then accused to be ''rude'' because I told him 10 ml is 10 ml regardless of the ingredient, and i was trying to be educated. He proceded to tell me that higher density material would take more space in a bottle which makes absolutely no sense. I always was polite, and still asked why the empty linalool smelled something and never got an answer for that. The last response i got is that Ben blocked my emails...! I have worked in customer service for years and I know it can be tough, but I think this is unacceptable behavior. I know this is a small business and I would have been happy to continue doing business with them. Unfortunately, after being blocked (this never happened to me in a customer and business exchange...) I have no choice but to come and leave a review on here. Apologies for grammar and vocabulary mistakes, my mother tongue is french and I also made sure Ben understood that so we could be a little more patient with eachother. Bye.

Order not received because of the bad shipping service they use. Never got my money back as they didnt process my return. Watch out!

The starter kits are fantastic value. Arrived well packaged, quality products, with a very thoughtful free gift. Will definitely order again.
