Honest high quality dealership. David was very transparent, he acknowledged and cover the costs for any issues I raised with the used car despite being a 15 year old one. He delivered on every single item, no expense spared. In fact, couple of days after driving away with my new car I thought I had spotted some problems with the radiator fan not coming on so I spoke to David and agreed to have it checked by an independent garage. Turns out I got paranoid and there were no issues with the fan but they did recommend an AC service as it was not blowing very cold at all. David kindly offered to pay for the diagnostics and AC service even though that was not what we had agreed at all! I wholeheartedly recommend this business to anyone considering them, just wish David was the norm in the used car industry.

Fantastic company. Nothing was too much trouble. Saw the car online and saw Davids many reviews and put a deposit down on the fri. David had the car delivered to me by Tuesday lunchtime despite him being busy and having time off already booked. The gentleman who delivered the car was also really lovely. Car had plastic wheel trims and david insisted on upgrading them to alloys all in the price and they look miles better ! Communication was excellent and couldnt have asked for a more positive fuss free transaction ! If anyone I know is in the market for a car I wont hesitate to recommend. Thanks again was a pleasure

Bought a Vauxhall Astra for my Daughter and part exchanged another Vauxhall for it My daughter says it drives lovely and smoothly and is really pleased with it. Did have a slight problem when we got it back to her house therefore phoned David up straight away and the next morning he drove from his sales centre and took the car back for a complete check over found the fault and and bought it back the next morning all done and dusted. Really I cannot fault his attention to detail and helpfulness it was a pleasure to meet him and have no hesitation to recommend Tern Valley Cars many thanks George Bowen

Lovely family owned business and they make you feel very welcome. They are very knowledgeable and you can ask any questions about the vehicles that are on the forecourt and will be able to tell you what the information you require
