        Honest,thorough and professional. Always have time for explaining the problem and solving it without fuss. I have every confidence in all the workforce. It's a pity more businesses don't operate as efficiently as this.

        Had MOT done, were professional. Quoted me 250 for some issues fixed but did them myself parts were about 50. Had to also leave my car their the whole day both times 5 minute re test as well.

        I booked my car in over a week ago for a straightforward repair and even provided all the necessary parts. Today they cancelled the booking for two days hence saying all their ramps were full but they might be able to do the work in 2 weeks time although with no guarantees. When I questioned Paul whether a ramp was actually necessary for the work (not according to the relevant You Tube service videos) I was tersely dismissed with " I will decide when I need a ramp" and the call was ended. I have no doubt they are a good, local garage who are very busy and currently unable to cope. Such a shame
