Loved this job, sadly Im no longer working for them due to Going back into upholstery, nothing to do with hands on care just a personal decision, I met some brilliant people and was so rewarding looking after people in there homes, best experience Ive ever had, they gave me so many opportunities at different levels, and im still in contact with staff. Thankyou so much to management staff for giving me an amazing experiance! Hands down best job to date

Most of the carers are very good. But the office is badly run. Never contacted me when staff are running late. When I move definitely change care agency.

The people who work there do long hours looking after people who have nobody else to help them at some of the worst times of their lives. They deserve all five stars.

Im sorry to write this but I feel I need to say something. Hands on NO care is more appropriate after watching this company no care for my mother in-law they are shameful, dont turn up when they say.or turn up when they feel not when they are meant too. Cant seem to be able to administer medication right ( which is very important as its for pain relief for terminally cancer) when they do be bothered to turn up and do the job they are being paid for its a mad rush to get out the door ( not all ) as a family watching this I know more about how some staff dont like there colleagues and spend more time telling us how much they dont like there job there work mates and whats going on in there own life. Something needs to be done to fix this company. Breaks my heart watching this company cause more stress, frustration and worry at this terrible and difficult time that the whole family is trying to deal with ( its my understanding they are here to help). The office say all the right things but nothing changes and all the time my mother in law is the one suffering.
