Wonderful family run business! Shane was excellent and provided a great customer service experience ! Went out of his way on a Sunday to handover the car! Which was mint, serviced with 12 months MOT! He taxed the car for me and arranged all documents! Thanks Shane for our new Audi A1 all the best x

I just perchest a new car from Marsh Lane car sales. The sales team we're very friendly and helpful. There were no pushy salesmen,they just gave me the keys and let me look all over the car. They then asked me if I would like to test drive it in which I did, and again, they left me alone to make my mind up. I had a few questions for them concerning different features of the cars dynamics, to which they quickly answered for me with their vast knowledge in the motor trade and told me if I had any problems or queries, not to hesitate but to bring the vehicle back or to ring them 7 day's a week . Overall, they are a first class company with a 5 star service. I strongly recommend Marsh Lane car sales. I know it will be my first choice in buying cars or choosing them for any future repairs or servicing. Thank you, Marsh Lane car sales.

On arrival we weren't really welcomed apart from a mechanic fetching a lady out the house, she didn't introduce herself but was pleasant and chatty. Buying the car was no problem, half way home the engine management light come on and was juddering like it was going to pack up on me. When I got home I gave the garage a call and told him the problem, he was happy to refund if I got it back to him. Paid to have it towed back (couldn't risk driving it with a 1 and 2 year old in there) and I had a phone call saying he wasn't paying my refund because there was nothing wrong with it! Said it was a loose spark plug even tho my dad who knows a lot about cars couldn't find that fault. I did manage to get the refund so that's the positive but i should trust an AA approved garage enough to drive away and not have a fault 10 miles down the road that's why I was determined to receive my full refund. Will not be looking there again..... 40 lost on fuel and 60 to get it towed back so they've gained half a tank of fuel for the next customer to buy it! Not even offering half as a sorry for selling when there was faul on their part. Probably just laughing like other garages out there
