I enjoyed enjoyed rehearsing there, but there are a few things that put me off and I don't know I want to book again. I had to call and text and follow up to get the door code, which is a problem leaving for the last minute because there's not good mobile signal at the studio. When I called the number on the email confirmation, the person who answered didn't know about the door code, so it feels disconnected. The Fender champion amp wasn't working well (some drive emulators were failing and sound wasnt was good); one socket on the wall totally loose posing a risk of electricla shock; there only two chairs, whilst the band would needed one more - we used the drum stool, but it was super wobbly. I don't think the studio offers good value, for I have rehearsed at other places on the region for the same price but far better experience. [Update] Given the response provided I'm now more confident with the attention to customer service. I would return to the studio expecting a much better experience.
