When we had a DIY mishap (drilled into the hot water pipe) Kingsmere were able to get someone out to us before 10am on a SUNDAY MORNING. The plumber was polite and professional, and did a neat and tidy job within an hour - at a very reasonable price too. Would definitely recommend.

Had an oil boiler service booked in for my elderly in laws, a month in advance. I received an email and text 40mins before they were due to arrive at 08:30 saying due to the demand for families without hearing or hot water they would have to reschedule. I understand that these things happen, they said they would be in touch that afternoon to rearrange the service. I understandably expected it to be a priority as they had let me down and others I expect. Nothing, I left it 24hrs and emailed back. Got a reply a day later offering a service in just over 2 weeks. Not good enough in my opinion.

First time after 7 boiler maintenances with various other companies including BG that has been done properly, it took them an hour to put it all apart, normally others come in 15 minutes they're out and signed. They cleaned all parts and found a fault on the installation that hasn't been spot by other engineers since we moved in. They're very prompt to answer the phone, email and the service is excellent. I'm glad we found them.
