Appalling. They agreed to assess a v small job. Delayed 3 times over a 3 day period. Turned up with wrong kit, having been briefed by one of their own team on what was needed. Someone answered the phone three times over the days, but on hearing me politely ask for an estimate of when they might appear they immediately switch it to voicemail! No response to my messages. So unprofessional. It would be good for them to understand what is meant by customer relations - they clearly ignore that aspect. If you still want to use this firm then be prepared to be let down at every turn.

Had a flat roof repaired 6 months ago and it now needs completely redoing again and they aren't interested. Professional is the furthest away word I would use to describe this guy. It's just a one man/family band that up and move on when they've taken your money. Bodge it and leg it is a better name for this company. I Roofingservices.pro Service: Roof repair

I only give one star as they actually turned up in the first place. They did not finish the job and left the premises in a terrible state with glass and debris everywhere. Despite numerous calls when they promised a return the next day,they did not return. After two and a halfweeks they finally turned up but only because they had left their ladders on the premises. By this stage we had finished the job ourselves and paid to have the debris taken away.. We would definitely not recommend this company

A terrible experience from start to finish. My mother in-law instructed Andy and his team to take down a garage in the garden, erect fences and then pave the garden area. Firstly, they refused to provide receipts for what seemed to be overpriced fences and got offended when asked why we could not have receipts. This confrontational attitude continued when they threatened to storm off after saying they wanted to add a new cost to the works. After placating them, and agreeing a completion fee for the works, they not only took off with the fences but also a 300 down payment we had given in good faith. We had shaken hands and they said they would be back. Of course, that was not true. Subsequently, Andy does not answer the phone and ignores text messages. We have had to write off our losses and get new builders in to complete the work. These guys also have bad reviews on their facebook page saying the same thing so we are clearly not alone. We feel very let down and disappointed as well as out of pocket. Anyone thinking of using these guys should think twice.
