        Don't bother applying if your 50 and over. I know of several people recently who have applied for jobs. Got through the telephone and face to face interview. Only to be told that they don't have enough experience. Despite the job adverts saying no experience necessary. I know for a fact the woman who gave the people feedback on the phone stated she could not give a reason as to why they weren't successful and they were both told the exact same thing word for word. Shame in 2023 that age discrimination is still going on, yet here we are! Disgusting!

        Great company and great staff. I attended a briefing on eternal Wall of Answered Prayer session and had a tour. The stuff they produce for the construction industry will blow your mind.
