Stopped on way back from Wembley. Food itself quite good, however service absolutely awful, the staff were deperately opening packages of meals, trying to identify which order was which. The screen showing meals ready was increasing in number, but no meals being given out, queues increasing. Staff, when challenged by customers, saying they didn't know what to do, supervisor equally inept, unbelievabley bad. The surprising thing was when I eventually got my food, it was actually one of the best KFCs I've ever eaten with 4 pieces of Chicken all plump breast meat, no drumsticks or wings, which you usually receive a mix of, again probably due to staff being useless and not trained properly. Parking: It's a motorway service area, so plenty.

If there was a no star option, I'd have chosen it. Zinger burger. Dreadfully dried food, staff don't give a t*ss, too busy chatting and having fun. Chip portion incredibly small. 2 x hot wings must have been on the hotplate all day, dried out. Eat elsewhere, this places is as low as it gets for fast food. DO KFC MANAGEMENT ACTUALLY READ THESE REVIEWS Look at the ones before mine.
