Holy Cow Yoga

Absolutely beautiful place to practice. The instructors are all amazing and each bring their own individuality to the studio. There is something for everyone! Downside for me personally was the retreat to Goa ....... I have always wanted to do a retreat and jumped at the opportunity to join Holy Cow, but unfortunately this had a detrimental effect on my mental health and not in a positive way I was accused of taking things from the place where we stayed, that I hadn't paid for. I have tried to contact the accommodation but they are refusing to help. These allegations were unfounded. The trip was paid for in advance, with no breakdown of costs, but after arriving found I had nowhere to sleep on my first night. The money for this night has never been refunded despite multiple requests. I was told that any negative experiences I had was down to me manifesting this myself despite always reaching out to the group. I felt rejected, not good enough, under valued as a human and that my thoughts and feelings were not valid To this day the owner is still refusing to settle this matter and I am still owed money despite reaching out several times. I Just wanted to make people aware of my experience when paying upfront for anything.

Absolutely over the moon that I have found Holy Cow Yoga! I haven't practised in 4 years after my previous studio closed down and I didnt think I would find a replacement that I loved as much! This has replaced my old studio and is leaps and bounds better. The teachers here are all fantastic, great atmosphere and variety of classes and times available from Yin to Vinyasa and soon Aerial yoga! 5 Couldnt be happier to be practising again with Holy Cow!

Really good studio. Very knowledgeable teachers, and always helpful. Students are super friendly too. Always a great stmosphere
