Chapel House Veterinary Practice Ltd

Had a lovely vet named Lucy who was extremely thorough and couldn't seem to do enough. So kind and friendly and I feel like I've finally got an answer as this was the 5th review I've had for my dogs ear problems (other vets at different practices) She explained things very well and answered all the questions I had with ease. The reception staff were warm and friendly and the place was immaculately clean. The wait time was alot longer than expected and I had my baby with me but they were extremely apologetic and I'm patient so I didn't mind.

Chris the vet was kind, empathetic and listened to our concerns and treated our old dog fantastically. Always happy with the service and treatments we receive.

Friendly and professional service again today at Chapel House. We are made welcome from the moment we walk into their clean and tidy waiting room. The team on reception always take the time to say hello to our animals and are very clear and helpful. The vets are great , Moritz is very kind and patient. They were are first choice for our new puppy as weve always had outstanding care from each person at the practice. True animal lovers and great with people too!

Absolutely disgusted by the behaviour of the two women at reception today. Only gave 1 star because that's the lowest I can give. Took in a stray cat with an injured paw only to be sent away because they wouldn't help at all. No duty of care for animals in need. When asked if they could help with the number they require for treatment of the cat, we were told that the RSPCA had fobbed us off. Spire vets on the other hand were more than helpful and I have nothing but praise for their kindness towards this injured cat. Edit following reply* the rudeness in which your front of house team, Janet and Lloret, replied to me was the concern. As other reviews have pointed out previously. I had no mobile phone with me and was told to call the RSPCA which we had just physically come from. We had no other choice but to go to another vet practice, but had a totally different positive outcome and were treated with respect, kindness and understanding.
