        Very thankful for the patience and understanding when my old dog had a couple of hiccups trying to find pain relief that suited her. Reception staff were lovely a nurse took the trouble to sit and listen to my concerns and the whims of my dog and find me an alternative. I was also refunded for the medicines which wasnt expected but very much appreciated. Thank you.
