        Complete waste of time! Went in on the 15th for a checkup ahead of a spay and when we got the all clear I walked to reception and booked the spay right away. I wanted to be sure so I asked is there anything else they need from me or need me to do they said no but I go in today for the appointment I had booked to be told there wasnt one! I booked the day off work and stressed my cat out for nothing! I was told in person we had an appointment booked and yet on the day suddenly we dont have one. No alternative was offered and now we have to wait till the 6th of may when my partner is off to sort their mess! Completely useless, unapologetic and unhelpful staff I wont be using them again!
