Family run business and it shows. They are so helpful and pleasant. Fantastic service and when an issue with the car developed one week before warranty expiry Tony went above and beyond to resolve it. Would definitely buy from them again.

We'd been looking for a Mercedes SLK for a while, and had been to view quite a few that were, to put it mildly, overdescribed! I spotted one advertised at Riverside, just a few miles away from us - the right colour and spec, and although priced a little higher than we'd budgeted for, we decided to go and have a look. So glad we did! Beautifully presented, and Tony was a lovely chap to deal with - friendly, informative and not pushy at all. He happily put a new MoT on the car and we collected it a few days after first seeing it. A slight problem cropped up shortly after buying, in that the door speakers turned out to be 'blown', apparently a common fault with SLKs. Tony got this sorted for us very quickly, excellent service indeed. I'd recommend Riverside to anyone, our experience was first class from start to finish.

Absolutely delighted. My wife has wanted a Ford Kuga for years. Did lots of research before landing on Riverside. Not only did we get a top quality Kuga in mint condition, but it was the highest variant of the model. Happy wife, happy life! The end-to-end journey and experience was exceptional. Buying a car doesn't happen often for us so it should be a smooth, happy and memorable experience. It was. I am autistic so often ask a lot of questions to gain understanding. All of my questions were answered with patience and understanding. We were even made a lovely cuppa to go with some luxury biscuits I'd brought to sort the paperwork on our 2nd visit. The biscuits were not an attempt to get a discount as the price was fair and the part-exchange offer more than reasonable. Keep some tea bags in stock and we'll see you in a few years for our next car! Thank you very much. Chris and Maria

I have been using Riverside Motors for over 10 years and have so far purchased 3 cars from Tony and Paul. It is a family run business and therefore their honesty and upmost professionalism shine through. This is a business that go the extra mile and I would recommend anyone who wants a quality car without pushy sales to go to Riverside Motors. The customer service is outstanding and I can't thank them enough for my new amazing Kuga!

I would strongly advise anyone looking for a car to NOT purchase from this garage they are extremely rude unprofessional, unreliable, dishonest and there aftercare is extremely unhelpful, they refuse to take any responsibility for a broken car with a list of problems days after purchase, I have bought a lot of cars in the past 12 years and by far this has been the worst experience Ive ever dealt with, the owner is extremely rude argumentative and refuses to take responsibility for selling broken vehicles AVOID AT ALL COSTS
