Hashim is a credit to your dealership his knowledge of the car and the service he gave me was second to none, and because of him I will have no doubt about coming back to Stratstone Chesterfield to buy another car when the time comes. Good dealership with excellent facilities. Only 4 star on account of the mobile phone issue with my car not being resolved on the visit. Staff very attentive and service was prompt, no complaints at all, just a pity a return visit will be required once BMW UK come up with a solution.

Appalling service, waited 15-20 minutes every time I went just to be seen. Was charged for a diagnostics test on my car. Wasnt provided with a diagnosis?! Yet a several thousands of pounds bill was made with no idea as to what the actual fault is. Stick to Sytner people, better service and immediate service for less !

Having very recently bought my car from a non BMW dealer they agreed to pay for an overdue brake fluid change. On checking in today for the work to be done, I passed their details to Louise (Senior Service Advisor) and she duly contacted them to arrange payment whilst I took advantage of the customer waiting area. When the work was completed a couple of hours later, she still hadnt had a response from them regarding settlement of the invoice. Recognising and understanding my frustration she made numerous calls until the matter was resolved. Louise was a pleasure to deal with and her attitude and professionalism has secured my future business with Stratstone Chesterfield. Credit where credits due - thank you!

Booked in for a test drive on a convertible, confirmed with the sales rep over the phone that Id be able to take it for an extended one - so picking it up in the morning and dropping it off in the afternoon, to give me chance to do what Id usually do on a day to day basis (including 1h20m commute there and back). Today rolls around and now I find out that its only possible for me to take a 2 hour test drive as there are other customers booked! Surely if youve had an appointment booked to take the car out for an extended period of time youd tell other customers that the car is out for the day? And not schedule them and go back on something that youve told a previous customer is perfectly okay. Will not be using Stratstone again for ANY car purchases, no matter what brand. This has left a foul taste in my mouth of the brand.
