Very bed I broght Yaris they said 3 mounth warranty but its exhaust its gone now they trying to say its not included with warranty its rip off dealer

Great Car. Great Value. My battery went flat after 3 weeks. They came to me. 15 miles away. And Id left my lights on. They started me. Didnt charge me. Even though my fault. Tip Top

Put a deposit on a car which was due an MOT, it passed but I had concerns about the vehicle. It had similar issues to the car I have now so called up to see if I could change my mind. Salesman seemed understanding and said to pop in for refund. Called in to get the deposit and was told the manager was the one who knew how to refund on new card machine but he wasn't in today. I could give my details over the phone when he was in and it would be sorted. When we called to do this, the staff member id been dealing with told me on the 3rd interaction that the manager now says he can't refund me .... I called up the next day to speak to management, given the context that id already been promised the deposit back twice, I hoped he would be reasonable. If i was told on my first query that I could not have my money returned or there would be a problem, I would have bought the car as planned. At this point it was a week after I was told I could have the money refunded, so I had already bought another car elsewhere. Called up the manager, as soon as he knew who I was, he starts complaining I had cost HIM money to readvertise and do the MOT. The salesman obviously had not told the manager that he had already promised me a refund. Manager lectured me about costing him and his business throughout the phone call and loudly spoke over me every time I tried to explain I was not at fault here. Not sure why should I lose money because of their mistake? At WORST I expected no refund with apology for the miscommunication but instead seemed to get scolded by the manager who then put the phone down while I was speaking because he had other customers then never called back??? Not been spoken to that rudely in a while and I work in customer service. Got lied to, lost money and got shouted at by the manager. AVOID!!!!
