CCTV & Alarms Chesterfield

So disappointed, spent a fortune on a new alarm and cctv system, still needs some adjusting also my door bell wont connect to my app anymore, once monies handed over can't get hold of Chris. Am under the impression i also wont be able to get someone else to manage it and fix, the system was only fitted 3 months ago, from google i can see others are having same issue. So sad to be writing this. It really isnt fair to do this to customers, i have called constantly and texted with no return contact

After installing my cctv a while ago iv had a issue for over a year with a camera completely down... i have tried to email and text message the site and call ..it is Impossible to get any communication or response what so ever ..

Installed no problem try to contact them a nurmerous times to resolve an issue and no response what so ever aftersales rubbish

I'm sorry to have to leave such a poor review after meeting Chris when he installed our alarm and seemed so genuine! Unfortunately our alarm has played up continuously and I have had to change cameras to a new system as only CCTV & Alarms Chesterfield could access cameras in our home and not us !!! Really disappointed.

Chris is a pleasant and helpful chap who installed a CCTV camera for us quickly and efficiently. He also quoted competitively for an update to our alarm system. However after he quoted we tried many times to contact him by email, phone and website. He never answered the phone so left answerphone messages multiple times. Only response was to his website contact service where he replied by email on 2nd August with an apology and promise to call later that day. No call received for another 12 days and counting. Really disappointing when we wanted to give him more business.
