        Really poor company. contacted them because I have an outdated system of theirs. No one answered the phone so had to leave a voicemail. Took two days to call me back. Explained system fault and wanted to upgrade as I have now got pets. Man on phone totally disinterested and said they only do appointments between 8:30 and 4pm. Said this was no good as I work. He said he would see if someone could call in as I am literally 5 minutes away from the office. three weeks later still waiting for a call. If they cant even give you a quote you have no chance of them bothering to fit your alarm
