We recently hired the larger function room for a friend's party and it was amazing. From start to finish the staff (we mainly dealt with Terri and Tracy duty managers) were so incredibly helpful and let us pop into the room anytime we needed to so we could check decorations etc. They set tables and chairs exactly as we wanted and let is decorate as we wished also. The space was perfect and felt really private but also accessible to the whole pub. The price was also very good compared to some other venues we enquired about for the night. On the night the staff were all incredible. We had the bar in the room and the staff worked incredibly hard both in the room and back in the main bar. We had a small buffet (our choice) but it was absolutely perfect, great selection and delicious too. The chefs did a brilliant job with it all. Our friends who's party it was said it was better than they could have ever expected. Every single person who was there that night had an amazing time and complimented all the staff for working so hard and being very polite and helpful. I cannot recommend it enough for a function of any kind and wouldn't hesitate to book an event here again. Thanks so much to you all for an amazing night.
