This was our first visit since Chef Mark took over & it's just a shame we didn't eat here sooner as we had an amazing dining experience last night. From the moment we stepped in we had great service from all the team, & every course of our tasting menu was explained & delivered beautifully to our table. The food quality is exceptional & great value, will definitely be booking again soon. I'm so glad we have this Amazing Chef/Restaurant on our doorstep

We went to celebrate my birthday as a special tasting menu treat and we enjoyed our experience. The food is served with care and explanation by serving staff who provide details of the dish being presented. We all enjoy food, so new little tastes of croquettes, breads, butters and the local beef (plus other delicacies such as stuffed chicken wings!). Its not a place for quantity if thats your thing but we are happy to support places that try new ideas. The dishes were all tasty and different. As a pub too, the Bulls head was successful on a sunny spring evening for drinks outside. Hope the pub and its chef (whos been on a tv cooking show) continue to do well. This was my first visit but my daughter (lives locally) has eaten there a few times and has been happy with the service and food.

We took a trip to Bulls Head for Sunday dinner a fortnight ago. We ordered the lamb and beef and pork for my toddler. I particularly enjoyed the scallop and the sticky toffee pudding. Overall it was a nice dining experience, just be prepared for wait times in between courses. I definitely would return again. Good quality food at reasonable prices. It was great to personally meet Chef Mark Aisthorpe and Sharon who were very attentive throughout our visit.
