I believe today was the busiest they have ever been, but managed with smiles Highly recommended, but book in advance if you want to be sure of eating!

The standard of the beef was really good and better than most generic pub offerings.
It is also very good value for money, at 9.50 for a standard, or 11.50 for a large lunch.
I would suggest trying it out. It is a bit off the beaten track, but well worth a visit
The bar staff and landlady are also very friendly.
