A big thank you to John for his speedy response and action to our emergency this weekend with a leaking water tank. After being let down by a supposed emergency response company, John was with us within an hour of contact and had the leakage problem sorted. He then returned today to ensure everything was in order. John and his team stripped out and replaced our old bathroom last Christmas and I cannot praise them enough for the fantastic job that they carried out, the bathroom looks stunning now and the workmanship is first rate. John was extremely hands on even before he was appointed, advising on the little nuances of different sanitary fittings and pointing out the common pit falls that people sometimes fall into which can make on going maintenance such as removing moisture and water spillages between the bath and a base unit to a sink for example (which will always get water running between when you have two children) and was happy to comment on material selections prior to the works being carried out. Genuinely cannot recommend him enough and have already recommended him to numerous friends and clients alike.
