I had a breast implant removal, by Davide Constantino. The Surgeon was very honest, with a lovely bedside manner and professional. The hospital staff, including the nurses and reception staff were all very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this Surgeon, and would revisit the hospital if I require any further treatments. Far better than my previous experience with Transform.

Well I had a breast enlargement 14 years ago by mr Fitzgerald people cant tell Ive had them done they look so natural and my daughter is now wanting breast enlargement so for her 21st birthday I will be treating her and I wouldnt send her anywhere else but here

I enquired about breast augmentation on the 17th of march. My email was left unanswered all week, I ended up phoning as I had not heard anything to be told they would get in touch as they were sorting their clinics nearly a month on and no communication. I have since read CQC reports which are utterly damning and explain why the whole experience so far feels shoddy I certainly wont be going ahead with surgery as their communication is pretty poor, especially with potential new patients. Im glad I had the time to read CQC reports and I highly recommend any potential patients do the same, who would want to be operated on in a dirty theatre? Not me! Or turfed out after major operations with just a biscuit. This hospital needs to do far better! Wont be surprised if its closed soon to be honest.

I was booked in for surgery in March 2023. It was cancelled the day before due to the snow which couldnt be helped. I was reassured it would be rescheduled quickly and probably the next week or the week after. I was also told that Id be given a new date in the next day or 2. I chased it daily to be told no. No not yet. Havent heard from the surgeon yet. I was getting so stressed about it all it was really affecting my mental health. I asked for a refund because I felt nervous about them having 11k of my money which I did get promptly. I said Id rebook when they got back to me with a date. Here we are more than 5 weeks since that date and still havent heard a word. I emailed them about a week and a half ago saying that I find it hard to believe that 4 weeks later theres still no date and I felt as though it was personal. I said I was appalled by how I was being treated given that I was a private patient. I didnt even get a response. It made me question just how safe I would have been here. As the other review (Amelia Bacon) said, it was down to me to constantly chase chase chase. I felt like a pest keep phoning them but it was the only way I got an update which always ended up being no update. I feel as though something else is going on here and I personally would just have appreciated a bit of honesty and also someone contacting me to tell me there was as still no date but Ive not been forgotten instead of me phoning and emailing. I cant tell you how devastated I was and how much it has totally ruined the experience for me. I felt bad for the receptionist Jess who really did go out of her way for me but as for everything else - a sham. I was even going to be discharged 2-4 hours after a double operation and all Id get was a biscuit or a bit of toast lol. Ive now booked elsewhere and they were horrified that I was going to be discharged the same day. Theyre keeping me in for 2 days and the chef cooks your meals from scratch like in a fancy restaurant. The hospital I booked at was bright and modern with coffee machines and snacks. Thats what I want when Im handing over thousands of pounds for private treatment. Even the cleaners were really friendly. Ive not had to chase them once and theyve done things when they said they would and Ive not been left not knowing or questioning things constantly because I dont feel informed. That snow was probably the best thing that could have happened. If I could give zero stars I would!! Terrible experience.

Shambles. Had my surgery booked for months and repeatedly chased Alexandra by phone and email to book my pre-op assessment and even pay the balance for my surgery! All things which should be organised by Alexandra and not me (the patient) chasing for. I was reassured a couple of weeks prior I would be booked in for my pre-op assessment shortly. I then received an email in the evening one week before my surgery that it had been cancelled. Not even the courtesy of a phone call. The only explanation given for this being staff shortages. After not being able to get through to the hospital by phone or email again I attended in person to find out what was happening and if there was any way my surgery could still proceed. I still have no news on any dates and at this point have zero confidence in the care I would receive from Alexandra had the surgery taken place. If you want a high standard of service and care simply dont use this hospital.

I certainly wont be going ahead with surgery as their communication is pretty poor, especially with potential new patients.
