        A female member of staff handled a very abusive customer very well. It was uncomfortable to listen to the level of abuse and nobody came to help, including the manager. Everybody could hear the tirade. At the end she was a little confused about my order, but I don't blame her. I told her what I was waiting for and she gave me my order with a smile. Before leaving I congratulated her for her calm actions. Kid-friendliness: Wouldn't want a child to be exposed to the clientele
