I used to love this place, but it's really gone downhill. Had my first visit recently since pre-covid, the ordering is on an app now (let's continue to blame covid, obviously) which is fine for some, but when we asked if we could order in person we got a very snappy rude member of staff, not a great start. The world has moved on from covid. Can't pizza hut too? Besides, surley how you order should be a choice. Staff weren't much more pleasant throughout the meal and when we were paying. Manners don't cost anything. We tried addressing this on our way out with another staff member, but they didn't seem to be interested either. The food was OK but nothing special at all. The general atmosphere was bleak and depressing, I really wouldn't waste your time dining here.
