Terrible service. They never answer the phone. When in store they are always rude and dismissive.

Its taken 3 visits and nearly a week to get my last prescription fulfilled properly and it had been sent straight from the doctors. Its the worst service from a pharmacy that Ive ever experienced and its consistently poor. The phone is not answered, prescriptions are very often days late or missing items and customers are often asked to either come back later or take the prescription to a different pharmacy. I dont know how it manages to keep going as its not fit for purpose. 1 star is one too many.

Normally I have no problems, but in a rush this morning, the Internet says it opens at 8.30am confirmed by phone a week ago. It's not open now and it's 8.45am! Looks like I'm waiting until 9am An update.... A lady came to the door and said the Pharmacist wasn't in yet (at 8.55am) I said about the Internet time and she pointed at the times on the door saying those are the times and they can't do anything about the Internet. I found her abrupt and rude!

Took almost 24 hours for a prescription send direct from Doctors. Don't answer phone and open when they like to. Woman on the counter is aggressively rude for no reson and gives Lloyds a bad name. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else.

Arrived a few times to pick up my prescriptions never ready even though theve had it for days ! Shutters down when should be open , OAPs stood outside waiting half hour or more its ridiculous wants closing down an starting again
