Normally good service, unfortunately Sarah the pharmacist felt the need to show off on the phone and be rather patronising when I requested for an emergency inhaler, IN WHICH SHE CHARGED ME FOR. She then requested I had to pick it up and it had to be me personally in an attempt to humiliate myself on arrival. Unsure if Sarah assumed I was collecting inhalers to sell who knows? Possibly thought I was the biggest inhaler dealer on the West Coast? No, I needed an emergency inhaler in which I was humiliated and had to suffer horrible anxiety.

The staff at this pharmacy always go above and beyond with their willingness to help you. Recently I ran out of HRT and the male pharmacist phoned my GP for an emergency supply as I was about to go away for 3 weeks. Excellent Customer Service

Husband just been for ibruphen for me as Ive just had a c section The woman on front desk told him I couldnt have it due to breastfeeding yet I was prescribed it in hospital along with paracetamol and oramorph At home just have ibruphen and paracetamol but ran out today of ibuprofen hence why he went to the chemist The the pharmacist need to brush up on their knowledge as you can and should take ibruphen at home for pain management after c sections, some women take codein if not breastfeeding post c sections The pharmacist proceeded with -your wife shouldnt be in pain(yes I am because I ran out of pain killers)!its when you have breakthrough pain while on painkillers thats a problem They also said stupidly-is your midwife coming-what on earth is this question after question for a packet of ibruphen Will not be using this chemist again!far too intrusive, luckily the shop was empty
