Absolutely fantastic.., my 2 mini schnauzers Bree and Stanley had a schnauzer cut today and I have to say its the best cut they have ever had they look amazing Brilliant service , and very knowledgeable I was given some good advice that Ive never been given before. You can really tell that the staff love dogs and Im sure that my dogs have been pampered Ill definitely be returning .. its a little pricey but well worth it for the results

The customer service is so bad ...they cut my dog ear and tuppence phoned Martin & Lee did not even ask me to bring her back do you inspect your dog after a cut or not do not go there ..... in it just for the money

Fantastic staff and wonderful cuts 11 04 2023 update so sad to say this ....our trixie came back from her cut .... with the worse cut ever (1) a hole strip of hair out if her chest ( 2) the cut was so rugged (3) cut her tuppence (4) her beard was so bad I can't describe and cut her ear (5) I WhatsApp lee& Martin in private but they did not respond I've paid over and above when our trixie goes for her cut ie 50 plus and not even a sorry

Lovely and friendly staff are always welcoming. Reception is not just a hand over point but a place to shop for those extra treats and other doggie items. Products used are excellent and my lab always comes back well groomed and smelling nice. Would highly recommend Furst Class Lounge to any dog lover.
