Ive been training with Sarah for over a year now and find her to be a great motivator, firm but fair. She listens to what you want to achieve and plans accordingly. During lock down 2 & 3 shes been a life saver both physically and mentally for me! I hadn't realised how low Id sunk but during bad weather and good out door training 121 has been the order of the week with double up training during furlough. If you want a PT in Chesterfield Sarah is the best, Ive used others but I can safely say she is head and shoulders above the rest!

I signed up for 10 sessions with Sarah to start me on my weight loss journey, that was 2 and a half years ago. My journey has changed over time from weight loss to strength building and everything in between, and my body has changed too! Sarah offers much more than a training session, she offers guidance, education and continuous support. Its so reassuring to have someone who always has my back, encourages me to push myself and picks me up when Im down. As a result of the effect Sarah has on my mind, as well as my body, Im achieving much more in life and much more than I ever expected to. I cant recommend Sarah enough, you wont be disappointed.

Started PT with Sarah as a way to pull myself out of lockdown depression. With the gyms shutting and group training very limited or none existent I reached out to Sarah for my exercise and general well being needs. I definitely chose the right PT for me. Sarah listened to my needs, and pushed me to achieve more than I thought I was capable of. Nearly 6 months into training, she has a fantastic ability to assess my needs each session and adapts to my mood and how my body is responding to the training. I have never left a session feeling worse than I went in. And the majority of sessions I leave absolutely buzzing. Highly recommend

I joined up with Sarah just over two weeks ago now. I have had two PT sessions so far and absolutely loving it. I have not done any form or strenuous exercise in long time and just wanted to do it right this time so I got in touch. Its the best thing I have ever done. I was fed up of feeling drained, generally unwell all the time and daily headaches. Even before the first PT session I was set homework. Daily steps to achieve and a certain amount of water each day. Just this made a huge improvement to my general well being. Ive slept better, no headaches (which is a massive bonus for me). Two weeks in and still going strong with no desire to quit like I usually do. I look forward each week to every new challenge set. Sarah is just the right amount of gentle and just the right amount of push for me. She is so approachable, non judgmental and explains what and why your doing something. I feel totally at ease with her. She keeps in touch with me daily to see how Im getting on and gives me that push if ever I need it. This will change my life. Thank you Sarah. You dont realise how amazing you are X
