        Been to boots for years but I felt like they have gone down hill,felt like they didn't test my eyes properly and always try to add on extras, Specsavers are absolutely brilliant and thorough and picked up on something,after a trip to the hospital eye clinic the next day(after a phone call from Specsavers)all is sorted,fantastic service and not pushy in sales at all,take their time to make sure you are 100% satisfied

        My Mum passed away before collecting her 2 new pairs glasses at Crystal peaks.Sheffield.We should have collected them 07/03/23.the day she took poorly. I rang and cancelled appointment and the rang to say she had passed away and is there anything they could have done about her new glasses. I have heard nothing.Feel very disappointed and wonderded if this is normal policy. If so I would have picked the glasses up and taken them to charity.
